Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 (6 oz.) can black beans
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ranch peppercorn salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Make a spread by mixing chopped black olives, chopped green onions, grated mozzarella cheese, and enough ranch peppercorn salad dressing to form a paste.
  2. Slice the French bread lengthwise and spread the olive mixture evenly over one side of the bread.
  3. Place the top of the bread on the spread and bake at 375°F until the bread is browned.
  4. Slice into 2-inch pieces or small squares and serve.
