Ingredients

  • 2 cups black turtle beans
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 1/2 quarts water
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
