Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix together all spices.
  2. Coat each chicken breast with approximately 1 tablespoon of spice mixture and baste with melted margarine.
  3. Grill, basting with margarine after turning once, or cook in a skillet in hot oil.
  4. Serve on a bun with mayo, lettuce, and tomato if desired.
