Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pie pan.
  3. Let set for about 5 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven even if shaky; it will finish cooking as it cools.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
