Ingredients

  • 2 c. chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. brandy, rum, almond or orange liqueurs
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. In blender, combine chocolate morsels, sugar, and eggs.
  2. Add hot milk and liquor.
  3. Blend at medium speed until mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour into demitasse cups and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
  6. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
