Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cups Oil
  • 2 t Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 t Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Potato Starch
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Beat sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
