Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 level Tbsp. caraway seed
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked macaroni, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, chopped onions, chopped celery, caraway seed, parsley flakes, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary before serving.
  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in tomato cups.
