Ingredients

  • 1 qt. blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix blueberries, flour, salt, sugar, lemon juice, and water together in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and salt to make the crumb topping.
  3. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the blueberry filling.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
