Ingredients

  • 1 pt. blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine blueberries, flour, lemon juice, salt, sugar, additional flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut in butter or oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the blueberries in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until topping is golden and blueberries are bubbly.
