Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 cup oats, and 6 teaspoons margarine at low speed until crumbly.
  4. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
  5. To the remaining crumbs, blend in the egg.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, in the same large bowl, add the remaining 1/4 cup oats, 2 tablespoons margarine, chopped nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  8. Beat until well mixed.
  9. Remove the baked crust from the oven and spread the blueberry pie filling evenly over it.
  10. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top of the filling.
  11. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
  12. Cool completely before cutting into wedges or squares.
