Ingredients

  • 1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 beaten egg yolk
  • 6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Brush the egg yolk on the crust and bake in a 375°F oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Allow the crust to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar until creamy.
  4. Add Cool Whip and mix well.
  5. Stir in 3/4 cup blueberry pie filling into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  7. Create a well in the center of the pie and fill it with the remaining blueberry filling.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
