- Set aside 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture.
- Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 15 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Place cream cheese in a large bowl; beat on high speed until fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar; mix well.
- Combine whipped topping mix, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Beat on high for 4 minutes or until fluffy.
- Fold the whipped topping mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the topping over the crust.
- Spoon blueberry pie filling over the topping.
- Spread the remaining topping over the filling.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top.
- Chill for at least 8 hours before serving.
