Ingredients

  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
