Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, oleo, confectioners sugar, and chopped nuts together.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and lemon juice together until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and spread blueberry pie filling evenly over the baked layer.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
