A delightful layered dessert with graham cracker crust, fluffy marshmallow and whipped cream layers, topped with cherry pie filling—perfect for family gatherings or casual celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers and add melted butter and powdered sugar. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
  2. Press the remaining mixture firmly into an 8 x 13-inch pan and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form and carefully fold in the miniature marshmallows.
  4. Spread half of the marshmallow mixture over the chilled crust.
  5. Cover the marshmallow layer with cherry pie filling.
  6. Add the remaining marshmallow mixture on top of the fruit filling.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  8. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
