- Drain the pineapple and reserve the syrup.
- Blend the cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple.
- Stir the remaining pineapple into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese and pineapple mixture over the graham cracker crust and chill.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, and 1/3 cup of pineapple syrup.
- Cook the mixture over low heat until thickened.
- Add the blueberries and cook a little longer until berries are tender.
- Allow the filling to cool.
- Pour the cooled blueberry mixture over the chilled pie crust.
- Top with Cool Whip and the reserved pineapple pieces.
