Blueberry Supper Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Prepare batter from muffin mix according to package directions for coffeecake or loaf cake.
  2. Pour into a greased 8 1/2-inch round baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with Crumb Top.
  4. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until done.
  5. Cut in wedges to serve.
  6. Serve warm with plenty of butter.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
