Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 c. blueberries
  • 6 baked tart shells
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Combine cornstarch, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Add washed blueberries and butter to the mixture.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture is thickened and clear.
  4. Cool slightly before filling.
  5. Fill tart shells with the blueberry mixture.
