Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks in its own juice
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 box pitted prunes
  • 1 box dried apricots
  • 3/4 cup white wine or dry sherry

Instructions

  1. Pour the pineapple chunks and their juice over all the fruit in a baking pan.
  2. Seal the baking pan tightly with double foil.
  3. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for one hour.
