Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients fairly, but lightly.
  2. Make into patties.
  3. Fry at medium heat, until juice runs out clear.
