- Fill a 30-quart pot one-quarter full with water and place over high heat.
- Add lemons, onions, rock salt, red pepper, prepared mustard, crab boil mix, corn, and potatoes to the boiling water, then boil for 20 minutes.
- Once the aroma is strong, add live crawfish to the pot and return to a boil for 7 minutes.
- Cover the pot and turn down the heat to simmer for 3 minutes.
- Remove the crawfish from the pot and liberally add table salt before peeling and serving.
