Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sliced bologna
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • Lea & Perrins (to taste)
  • lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese with Lea & Perrins and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture between layers of sliced bologna to form a stack.
  3. Place the assembled bologna stack on a serving dish.
  4. Garnish with broccoli flowerets or other vegetables if desired.
  5. Serve with large crackers that can accommodate slices of the bologna stack.
