Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well and let set for 4 days.
- Grind the mixture again and stuff into cloth bags.
- Cook slowly, just simmering for 30 minutes. Optionally, smoke or paint with liquid smoke.
- Alternatively, can in wide mouth cans.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke before cooking.
- Pressure cook for 1 1/2 hours at 10 pounds pressure.
