Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. Creole mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 c. dark vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a mixing bowl and whip until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour the olive oil in slowly while whipping vigorously until the dressing is emulsified.
