Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 teaspoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the wings in the soy sauce, minced garlic, sweet and sour sauce, pepper, and cooking oil for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the oven to low heat and place the marinated wings in a covered dish. Simmer until the wings are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
