Ingredients

  • 1 jicama
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 c. real lemon juice
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp. crushed red chilies
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Peel jicama and cut into 1 x 1/2-inch slices; cut avocados and both cheeses into 1-inch slices.
  2. Slice onions; cut lemons into eighths.
  3. Put everything in a Tupperware bowl and let marinate for several hours.
  4. Serve cold as an appetizer or snack.
