Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, dry mustard, garlic salt, and brandy.
  2. Beat until well blended.
  3. Pack into a container, cover, and refrigerate for a week before serving.
