Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 stick frozen margarine or butter
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm dressing, roll into fine crumbs
  • 4 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the dish.
  3. Grate frozen margarine or butter over the chicken.
  4. Pour the two cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Sprinkle dressing crumbs over the casserole.
  6. Pour bourbon evenly over the dressing.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
  8. Serve with vegetables or rice.
