Ingredients

  • 21 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (12 oz.) can milk
  • 3 Tbsp. bourbon
  • Chocolate Pie Shell

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallows and canned milk in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until all the marshmallows have melted.
  3. Chill the marshmallow mixture completely.
  4. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream and bourbon into the cooled marshmallow mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the chocolate pie shell.
  7. Chill the pie for 4 to 6 hours before serving.
