Brandy Snaps
Deliciously crisp and sweet brandy snaps with warm ginger flavor, perfect for serving with whipped cream at special gatherings or as a delightful treat for guests.

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar; beat in syrup.
- Sift in flour and ground ginger and mix.
- Place a teaspoon of mixture at a time on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Spread the mixture out into thin circles.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) until pale brown, approximately 8 minutes.
- When just cool enough to handle, curl around a broom handle and leave until cool and set.
- Twenty minutes prior to serving, fill with whipped cream.
