Brazilian Snow is a creamy, coffee-flavored ice cream dessert topped with whipped cream and cherries, perfect for coffee lovers and special occasions. Rich and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. fresh coffee (roasted, but unground)
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grind coffee in a small nut grinder as finely as possible.
  2. Sprinkle about half of the ground coffee over the softened ice cream.
  3. Scoop up the ice cream one scoop at a time into serving dishes.
  4. Try to mix without over handling the ice cream.
  5. After each layer of ice cream, sprinkle coffee over the top until all coffee and ice cream are used.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining coffee and cherries.
  7. Serve at once.
