Ingredients

  • 2 c. skimmed milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 oz. egg substitute
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. 1-inch fat-free bread cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine skimmed milk, sugar, egg substitute, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir in bread cubes and pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place the baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
