Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8 x 11-inch pan.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until it forms crumbs.
  4. Use an eggbeater to beat in the eggs and cream.
  5. Knead the dough and turn out onto a floured cutting board.
  6. Cut out biscuits and place them on the greased pan.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.
