Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento stuffed olives
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 5 slices white bread
  • sliced pimento stuffed olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped hard-cooked eggs, chopped pimento stuffed olives, and chopped green onions in a bowl.
  2. Stir in salad dressing and prepared mustard until well mixed.
  3. Spread about 1/4 cup of egg mixture onto each slice of white bread.
  4. Cut each slice of bread diagonally into quarters to form triangles.
  5. If desired, garnish each triangle with a slice of olive.
