Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 pounds sausage, cooked and drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Place croutons in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
  2. Top with grated cheese, then cooked and drained sausage.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and dry mustard.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and sausage in the pan.
  5. Let it stand in the refrigerator overnight or all day.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  7. Serve while hot!
