Praline Planks

- Line a cookie sheet with foil or spray with Pam and arrange crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, bring butter and light brown sugar to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- Quickly pour the hot butter mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the layered crackers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Allow the pralines to cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.
- Separate the pralines onto wire racks and let cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
