Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix cocoa, sugar, and flour until well blended.
  2. Gradually stir in milk and mix well.
  3. Cook over medium heat until it thickens to the consistency of medium white sauce.
  4. Stir in butter and vanilla.
  5. Serve hot with homemade biscuits and butter.
