Ingredients

  • 2 lb. oats
  • 1/2 lb. sesame seed
  • 1/2 lb. sunflower seeds
  • 8 oz. coconut
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 lb. cashew nut pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a shallow baking pan tray.
  3. Toast in the oven at 325°F for 1 hour, stirring thoroughly every 15 minutes.
