Breakfast Monkey Bread

- Prepare a bundt pan by greasing it well.
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Layer the butterscotch pudding and pecans (if using) in the prepared pan.
- Dip bread slices in melted margarine, then coat with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Layer the coated bread slices in the pan over the pudding and pecans.
- Cover the pan and let it stand overnight in the refrigerator.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then invert onto a warm plate to serve.
