Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  • 3 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (12 oz.) package small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 red or green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and salad dressing mix in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in cheese, cottage cheese, and chopped pepper.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder.
  4. Stir the flour mixture and melted butter into the cheese mixture.
  5. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
