Breakfast Oatmeal Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 c. maple syrup
  • 3 eggs, beaten lightly
  • 1 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar. Blend in salt, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in maple syrup. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in oatmeal. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 1 hour or until done in center. Spoon fruit on individual servings.
