- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain and cool slightly.
- Peel and slice the potatoes.
- Brown sausages in a skillet.
- Arrange two-thirds of potato slices in the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
- Layer eggs over the potatoes.
- Arrange sausage links in the center of the casserole.
- Place remaining potato slices around the edge of the casserole.
- Combine sour cream, milk, flour, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the casserole.
