Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 large bottle picante sauce
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • tortillas (flour)

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in a large pot.
  2. Brown potatoes in a separate pan with butter or oil.
  3. Scramble eggs.
  4. Mix all cooked ingredients in a large pan.
  5. Place the mixture with the desired amount of cheese in flour tortillas.
