Ingredients

  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 large pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1 bundle green onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans on the bottom of a large pan.
  2. Add salsa evenly over the beans.
  3. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning well.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture as the next layer over the salsa.
  5. Sprinkle layers of chopped black olives, chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, and grated cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Serve with nacho chips.
