- Butter a baking sheet.
- Use 5 sheets of phyllo and brush each sheet with melted butter.
- Place Brie cheese on the phyllo sheet, then pull up the edges and tuck them in.
- Repeat with additional sheets of phyllo, brushing each with butter as you go.
- Place the Brie, tucked sides down, on the prepared phyllo.
- Pull the edges up and tuck them around the cheese.
- Fold the remaining phyllo into a 1-inch strip and wrap it around to make a flower shape. Brush with butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
