Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 lb. Brie Cheese, Cut into 24 Chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Generously grease 24 small muffin cups, each measuring about 1 3/4 x 1 inch.
  3. Beat eggs slightly in a medium bowl with a fork or wire whisk.
  4. Add flour, milk, sugar, and salt to the eggs; beat just until smooth, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Place one piece of Brie cheese into each filled cup.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven and serve.
