Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix together celery salt, black pepper, garlic salt, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
  2. Rub the mixture all over the roast.
  3. Cover the roast with foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven and cook the roast at 250°F for 6 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of roasting, remove the foil and baste the roast with barbecue sauce if desired.
