Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick melted Parkay
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box chopped broccoli, rinsed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
