Broccoli Baked Turkey

Instructions
- Trim stems and leaves off broccoli and separate flowerets. Steam flowerets until just tender.
- Set aside.
- In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
- Remove from heat and stir flour into margarine to make a smooth paste.
- Return to low heat and blend in chicken broth until sauce is thick and smooth.
- Stir salt and mushrooms into sauce.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Grease a shallow pan with margarine.
- Place broccoli in pan.
- Cover with turkey, then sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, 15 to 25 minutes.
