Ingredients

  • 30 oz. broccoli and cauliflower
  • 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 8 oz. Cheez Whiz or grated cheese
  • 2.8 oz. can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Layer the thawed and drained broccoli and cauliflower in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the grated cheese or Cheez Whiz until well combined.
  3. Pour the cheese and soup mixture over the layered vegetables.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and microwave on High for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from microwave, add the French fried onion rings on top, and microwave for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until heated through and crispy.
